Project 52- Week 51: Family | Jackson MS child photographer

I have a large family and that means lots of kids and lots of noise! But I know my kids love it when they are all together. This picture was at the baby of the group’s first birthday party, my grandmother asked for a picture of all the kids after the party, so of course, they were all sugared up, both my kids had lost half of their outfits- the blue icing required immediate stain stick application after eating cake!! And with the party being at my grandparents farm, what better place for a group shot than in front of the barn?? this is the only time all these kids have been together in a year, so we knew we had to attempt the group picture! My mom was behind me saying 1,2,3….. JUMP! trying to get all the kids to look at her jumping, and when she did, my oldest jumped, so his hair is standing on end and all 7 of the cousins look like something out of the Beverly Hillbillies, but i love this picture and so does my grandmother, she sent it out as her Christmas card this year!
